Once a year, numerous amounts of A-List celebrities venture to Cannes, France for the annual Cannes Film Festival. Beginning in 1946, Cannes is seen as one of the most prestigious and publicized film festivals. That being said, it is no wonder that the celebrities in attendance are going to pull out all the stops when it comes to what they are wearing.
