Madara Malmane plays with lines and ruffles for Atis Artemjevs’ Spring 2012 lookbook. And boy does she do it well. In form-fitting dresses enriched with lines forming pleats and ruffles, Madara is just stunning. By using the perfect lighting combined with a plain, black background, photographer Polina Viljun, captures the a beautiful and sensual mood. And we love how her outfits were so minimal. The lookbook really proves that ruffles and pleats can really be for the grown-up girl. Afterall, Mandara who played with ruffles this time really does it right.
